BMW Service History Manager PRO Policies

DELIVERY POLICY:

Upon receipt of your order, our staff will review and process your order. As your order gets processed and confirmed, you will receive notification from us via email. After your order is confirmed, our staff will contact you and your product will be processed and delivered up to 48 hours (usually same day) excluding weekends and public holidays.

In case you are having any trouble, please feel free to contact us. Our response time is 2 days (excluding holidays and weekends), at which time we will do our best to help you out resolve any issue.

REFUND POLICY:

As we have trial/free version of the Service History Manager PRO, there will be NO REFUNDS on purchased software as it can be tested free of charge. After FULL/PRO version is sold/activated on the computer, it is not possible to withdraw it as security token is delivered also with the product, so all sales are final.
